By placing an order on the HOPE FC store, you agree to the following terms:

Orders All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Pre-Orders Pre-order items are fulfilled within 14 business days from the date of purchase. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfilment timeline.

Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property All HOPE FC branding, logos, and kit designs are the property of HOPE FC. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability HOPE FC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
