RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your HOPE FC kit.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and customised/personalised kits are non-refundable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange an exchange or refund at no additional cost.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
